Terms & Conditions Agreement
Enrollment
You are automatically enrolled into the activereleaf.co RELEAF|Rewards program upon registration, by registering, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies of the RELEAF|Rewards program.
Opt-in & Opt-out
By being a RELEAF|Rewards member you agree to receive emails that are associated to the program. If you choose to opt out of receiving emails, or to the RELEAF|Rewards program, you must submit your request to info@activereleaf.co. By opting out you agree to, being removed as a registered user/member from activereleaf.co, and will no longer have the ability to order. All related data associated with your user account will be removed and cannot be retrieved. You will no longer receive any emails from activereleaf.co. You must opt out separately from the ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS newsletter.
Changes & Removal
ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS reserves the right to change or remove the RELEAF|Rewards program at any time without notice. ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS reserves the right to change the RELEAF|Rewards program terms, conditions, policies, and reward structure at any time without notice. ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS reserves the right to ban or remove any user/member from the RELEAF|Rewards program at any time without notice or reason. ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS reserves the right to change or remove any RELEAF|Rewards points from a user/member at any time without reason. ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS reserves the right to change or remove any prizes, products, coupons, and discounts associated to the program.
Rewards Value
RELEAF|Rewards points have no cash value unless specifically stated by ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS in a special type of promotion available to its’ users/members.

ACTIVE RELEAF WELLNESS will attempt to resolve any disputes with users/members. We will attempt to give users/members email notification of any changes to the terms, conditions, and policies to the RELEAF|Rewards program. We will attempt to send email notification to users/members if there are any changes to RELEAF|Rewards points earnings.
