    I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis on both my knees. I have experienced pain when i stand up and start walking. I use a cane & special walking shoes esp. when i know i’ll be walking longer than 10 min. I also wake up in the middle of the knight with extreme pain on my knees and find that i can’t even fold them.
    My daughter gave me try ReLeaf stick to try. After about 2 weeks of applying 2x a day, i noticed the pain greatly reduced. And then i found myself being able to walk straight after being in a sitting position. In fact, i have forgotten that i have a hard time standing. I have also stopped taking acetaminophen for pain. I have been using ReLeaf stick for over 6 months now. I can walk without a cane. I can also do zumba for a whole hour without feeling a lot of discomfort.
