Epsom Salt has a typical content of 47% Magnesium Sulphate and is an odorless, white granular substance. It is believed the combination of the two main constituents (magnesium and sulphate) stimulates detoxification pathways. Epsom salt is easily dissolved with warm water and may yield a variety of benefits attributed to its magnesium content. This natural compound is widely used in sports and holistic medicine practices as well throughout the cosmetic and personal care industries.
WHAT IT DOES:
The nutrients in Epsom salt break down the build up of lactic acid, which causes muscle pain and inflammation. Epsom salts in the bath can soften rough, dry skin, and exfoliate dead skin cells. Eucalyptus globulus essential oil is most well known for its benefits for respiratory applications and helping to ease congestion, pressure, colds, flu, fever and bronchitis. It is also used in massage to ease muscular pain and arthritis.

There are two species that can be used to produce the wintergreen oil: Gaultheria procumbens (native to North America) and Gaultheria fragrantissima (native to Asia and India). Known for its refreshing and pleasant scent, wintergreen oil is used for massages, diffusers, and hot baths for a positive and uplifting mind.
WHAT IT DOES:
The active ingredient in wintergreen oil, methyl salicylate has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. For warming and soothing experiences, wintergreen oil is great for post-workout massages. It is also used in traditional medicine for conditions such as bacterial infections, colds, headache, sore throat and more.

We use the lavender essential oil 40/42 which is a blend of lavenders and is known to have the sweetest and most intense lavender scent and properties. Due to its potency it is the most popularly used lavender oil.
The lavender essential oil 40/42 is made up of 100% natural lavender oils that are blended to produce an oil containing 40% linalool (naturally occurring terpene alcohol) and 42% linalyl acetate (naturally occurring phytochemical).

Lavender essential oil gives you a fresh and floral scent with woody undertones. Linalool helps with infectious diseases, antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory activity and has sedative effects. Linalyl Acetate helps with anti inflammatory, analgesic and anti-hypertensive.
