How do I verify my age with ID?

You can find instructions on how to submit your ID in your DASHBOARD after you have logged into your account.

 

How long will it take for you to verify my ID?

Within 24 hours but usually it will be verified within 8 hours depending on when you submitted your ID. It may take longer depending on how busy we are.

 

What do you do with my ID once you receive it?

We just need to verify your age, once this is done your ID is not stored on our servers. We only hold the first 4 digits or last 4 digits of your ID number.
You can feel free to block out the last 4 or first 4 digits of your ID.

 

I have submitted my application for a wholesale account, how long will it take for my account to be verified?

24 Hours but it is usually sooner, we may call or email you to discuss your account before verification.

 

Is your website secure with my information?

YES. Our site uses a third party firewall to insure that our servers and database are protected from all sorts of attacks.
We also use https SSL certificate encryption.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

What Types of payments do you accept?

We accept Interac E-transfers. We do not take credit cards or Pay Pal at the moment.

 

What Types of payments can wholesale accounts use ?

We accept Interac E-transfers, Cheques, BAC/SWFT wire transfers, and COD. We do not take credit cards or Pay Pal at the moment.

 

How do I send an Interac E-Transfer?

Follow the instructions below, these instructions will also be on the checkout page after you have submitted an order and in your initial order received email.

  1. Once you have submitted an order on the checkout page you will have an order number. this will also be in your order confirmation email as well.
  2. You will need to go to your online banking and setup a recipient. Please set your recipient as Active Releaf. If you are not setup for online banking please contact your bank to set this up.
  3. Send your entire order total, do not make it more or less otherwise we will decline the transfer and you will need to re-submit another one.
  4. The email to send your transfer to is payments@activereleaf.co
  5. Set your security question to your order number XXXX5
  6. Set your security answer to active
  • Recipient Name: Active Releaf
  • Email to send e-transfer to: payments@activereleaf.co
  • Security Question: 123XXX (Your order number)
  • Security Answer: active

Once we have received your payment and have processed it you will receive a status update email, this email means we have deposited your e-transfer and we are packing your order. Allow us 12-24 hours to process your payment. We do not pack orders over the weekend but we may still process your e-transfer. Do not worry your package will go out next business day for retail customers. Wholesale clients have longer processing times.

You will receive one last email once your item is shipped, this will include your tracking number for delivery status. We are not Canada Post and any delays are due to Canada Post issues, delivery times are an estimate.

 

How do I pay with cheque?

Currently only our Wholesale accounts can pay by cheque. If you are a retail customer and have a larger order you can always contact us here

What company do you use for shipping?

Canada Post

 

After packing how long will it take to receive my package?

After we have shipped your order, Xpress Post is between 1-3 days
For wholesale accounts your delivery timeline will be discussed with your sales rep.

 

My order has says it’s complete but I have no Canada Post tracking status?

Please be patient your package has likely not been scanned yet.

 

I did not receive a tracking number.

When do you pack and ship orders?

We pack orders Mon-Fri. Weekends and holidays we do not pack or ship.

 

It’s been over 3 days and still do not have a package?

Depending on where you live and weather conditions Canada Post may experience delays. We are not Canada Post and have no control over delivery times. We will help you track your package down if you have already tried.
